The company also independently developed a fully automated apricot kernel crushing and extraction production line, capable of processing 600 tons of apricot kernels and 200 tons of finished almonds daily. The fully automated almond debittering production line, which implements automated temperature-controlled scalding of the raw almonds, PLC-controlled debittering, and X-ray removal using a gold detector, can process 60 tons of debittered almonds daily.
